Cybersecurity Job Readiness Program

A practical, human-centered pathway into one of the most secure careers of the next decade

“Cybersecurity roles are among the fastest-growing and hardest-to-automate jobs in the global economy.”

“While AI is replacing tasks, cybersecurity still requires human judgment, accountability, and trust.”

If you're here, you already know something has changed.

You may be:

  • Watching roles in your industry disappear, shrink, or become unstable.
  • Seeing AI automate work that once felt secure.
  • Feeling pressure to “future-proof” your career — but unsure where to start.
  • Curious about cybersecurity, but worried it’s too technical or would take years to break into.

This program exists for you!

Cybersecurity is not a trend. It’s infrastructure.

Why Cybersecurity — and Why Now

Organizations cannot outsource responsibility for cybersecurity to AI or third parties. When something goes wrong — a data breach, ransomware attack, privacy violation — people are legally and operationally accountable.

That’s why:

  • Cybersecurity roles continue to grow even during layoffs
  • Entry-level roles remain unfilled globally

Employers are actively seeking professionals who understand risk, process, communication, and business impact — not just code

Why This Program Is Selective

We do not accept everyone who applies.

This is not about gatekeeping — it’s about integrity.

We carefully select participants we genuinely believe will benefit most from the program – our goal is YOUR success.

This ensures:

  • A strong learning environment
  • Engaged peers
  • Meaningful outcomes

If accepted, you’re not just joining a course — you’re joining a cohort with intention.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment, the right guidance, or a real path into cybersecurity — this is it.

This program is designed for people who are ready to make a meaningful career shift, not just “learn more about cyber.”

Cybersecurity isn’t just a safer career path.
For many of our participants, it’s a life-changing one.

We run only two cohorts per year, and seats are intentionally limited to ensure quality and support.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and cohorts fill quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Do I need a technical or IT background to succeed in this program?

No. This program is intentionally designed for people without an IT or cybersecurity background.
Many cybersecurity roles — especially entry-level roles in risk, governance, compliance, privacy, security operations support, and security awareness — do not require coding or engineering skills.

We start from first principles and focus on:

  • Understanding how cybersecurity works in real organizations

  • Learning the language, processes, and decision-making used in the field

  • Building confidence to operate in cybersecurity environments

If you can think critically, communicate clearly, and follow structured processes, you can succeed here.

2. Will I get a job after completing this program?

No ethical program can guarantee a job — and we won’t pretend to.
What we do guarantee is that you will leave job-ready, not just “trained.”

This means you will have:

  • A clear understanding of which cybersecurity roles fit your background

  • Real portfolio artifacts you can show in interviews

  • The ability to speak confidently about cybersecurity in business terms

  • Direct exposure to executives and hiring perspectives through panels and coaching

Our goal is to shorten the path between “career interest” and “credible candidate.”

3. Can I get a cybersecurity job without a formal certification?

Yes — many people do.

While certifications like CompTIA Security+ or ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) are helpful, they are not required for many entry-level roles. Employers often prioritize:

  • Practical understanding of risk and security concepts

  • Clear communication and documentation skills

  • Awareness of frameworks, policies, and processes

  • Evidence that you understand how cybersecurity actually operates

This program prepares you for roles now, and also gives you a roadmap if you later choose to pursue a certification.

4. If this isn’t a certification program, why is it valuable?

Because certifications test knowledge — jobs test readiness.

This program focuses on:

  • How cybersecurity works in the real world

  • What employers expect from entry-level professionals

  • How to translate your existing experience into cybersecurity roles

  • How to avoid getting “stuck” studying without direction

Many learners take certifications after this program — with far more clarity and confidence.

5. What kinds of jobs does this program prepare me for?

Graduates typically pursue roles such as:

  • Cybersecurity or SOC Analyst (Entry-Level)

  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

  • Privacy or Compliance Coordinator

  • Security Awareness or Program Assistant

  • IT Support roles with a cybersecurity focus

The program helps you identify where you fit best — not force you into a role that doesn’t match your strengths.

6. Who delivers this program?

This program is delivered by experienced cybersecurity professionals who are actively working in the field, including:

  • Cybersecurity leaders

  • CISOs and senior security practitioners

  • Professionals with experience across business, governance, risk, and operations

You’re not learning from slides written years ago — you’re learning from people who live this work every day and understand current hiring realities.

7. Why is this a better starting point than a bootcamp?

Traditional bootcamps often:

  • Assume technical experience

  • Move too fast for career-changers

  • Focus heavily on tools rather than understanding

  • Leave learners unsure where they fit afterward

This program is different. It:

  • Starts with clarity, not complexity

  • Builds confidence before specialization

  • Focuses on human, business, and operational realities

  • Helps you decide where to go next — with purpose

Think of this as the bridge between curiosity and a credible cybersecurity career.

8. How much time does the program require each week?

You should expect:

  • 90 minutes for the live weekly session

  • Optional office hour for extra support

  • 1–2 hours for assignments or reflection

The program is designed for people who are working, transitioning, or rebuilding their careers — not full-time students.

9. What if I’m not sure cybersecurity is right for me?

That’s exactly why this program exists.

You don’t need to decide on Day 1.
By the end of the program, you will know:

  • Whether cybersecurity fits you

  • Which roles align with your strengths

  • What your next step should be

Clarity is one of the most valuable outcomes of this program.

10. How selective is the application process?

We are selective by design.

This program runs only twice per year, and we accept participants we genuinely believe we can help.
Applying does not obligate you — it starts a conversation to ensure fit on both sides.

11. What happens if I’m not selected for the upcoming cohort?

If you’re not selected for the March cohort, you may:

  • Be placed on the September waitlist

  • Receive guidance on preparing for a future cohort

  • Be referred to other resources if appropriate

Our goal is long-term success, not enrollment numbers.

12. Is this program right for me if I’m worried about AI replacing jobs?

Cybersecurity is one of the hardest roles to automate.

AI can assist with tools — but:

  • Accountability

  • Risk judgment

  • Trust

  • Governance

  • Incident decision-making

All require human oversight. This program prepares you for exactly that reality.
